In the 1970s and 1980s the Zakspeed racing stable sent out the Ford Capri Zakspeed Turbo in the red and white livery to compete for the German Racing Championship. The 1.4-litre turbo engine gives this racing car an output of 600PS/591.79 hp and due to its lightweight construction and excellent aerodynamics the team recorded a number of successes.
