Takom 2104 1/35 Panther Ausf.D Late Production w/Zimmerit
Following close on the heels of Tacom’s Panther A and Bergepanther, the Ausf. A version is a logical follow-up. Like those earlier kits, this one is festooned with details, containing a complete interior–and we mean complete. Starting with the torsion bars and going right on through to the drive train, engine and turret, every aspect of the German Panther tank is represented here in styrene.
Features
- Link and length track is provided, along with a jig for assembly. There are four marking options and a sheet of photo-etch brass for the deck screens. A very comprehensive instruction booklet walks you through all the assembly steps.
- This kit is described as the Late Production version of the Panther D and as such it would have no small access hatch on the left side of the turret, no smoke launchers and a loader’s periscope added to the turret roof.
