Zvezda 5054 1/72 ISU-122 Russian Tank Destroyer
The ISU-122 self-propelled artillery mount was created in the fall of 1943 on the basis of the IS heavy tank. These vehicles were equipped with A-19 cannons with a caliber of 122 mm with an initial velocity of a 25-kg projectile of 781 m/s, which penetrated 145 mm armor from a distance of 1 km. The general layout of the ISU-122 heavy self-propelled artillery mount is similar to the layout of other self-propelled guns: the forward location of the control compartment and fighting compartment and the aft location of the engine and transmission compartment. In addition to the cannon, the self-propelled gun had a 12.7 mm DShK anti-aircraft machine gun.
